Based out of Gaithersburg, MD, Catherine Phoenix is a Spiritworker, Reiki Master, and Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience as a healer. She graduated from a two-year shamanic practitioner program with the Gryphons Grove School of Shamanism in 2016, received her Massage license in 2012, and obtained her Usui Reiki Mastery in 2011. Her training allows her to address the body's needs on both a physical and energetic level. Her intuitive style of energy work is informed by the various healing modalities that she has studied over the years. These techniques include Usui Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Distance/Remote Healing, Soul Retrieval, Power Animal Retrieval, House Clearing, Energetic Cleansing, Crystal Healing, Depossession, and Run Valdr (Runic Reiki). 

She places an emphasis on the importance of self-care in a world where we often exclusively place our focus on others.
